Terms & Conditions

• You must like my Facebook page for your entry to count.
• You must like the original post, sharing would be lovely too.
• The competition closes on Saturday the 30th April 2016 at 5pm. 
• The winner will be announced Sunday the 1st May 2016 at 5pm.
• The free photoshoot can only be any of the following packages: Band Photoshoots, Portraiture Package, Animals Package, Family Package, and the Individual Baby & Child Package.
• The competition does NOT include the Pregnancy & Newborn Package, the Live Music Package, or any bespoke package requirements.
• Final products will be delivered via email unless you have a memory stick or hard drive you would like me to put them on.
• You will receive all edited photos in high quality for printing and in a lower quality with a small watermark for use on social media.
• This competition is only open to people who live within 20 miles of Chichester, West Sussex. 
• You may rearrange your free photoshoot up to 48 hours before the time and date we agree.
•  British weather isn’t always ideal for the location and outdoor photoshoots I offer. If it’s raining on the day of your photoshoot, we can reschedule up to 2 hours before your shoot.
• The photos taken will be used on my website, social media, and portfolio. 
• The competition is not open to immediate family members of Elly MacDonald.
