Terms & Conditions

• To be entered in the competition you must like Elly Rose Photography on Facebook
• 1 enter per Facebook account by “liking” and commenting the package you would choose if you win on the original post.
• Competition is open to those living within 20 miles of Chichester, West Sussex. People living further away are allowed to enter but will be charged extra to cover travel costs.
• The competition will close at midday on Saturday 24^th February 2018.
• The 3 winners will be announced by midnight on Sunday 25^th February 2018.
• The competition winners will be given a £25 voucher towards the following photography packages:
  Animals Package (Price: £35 / You pay: £10)
  Couples & Engagement Package (Price: £50 /You pay: £25)
  Individual Child & Baby Package (Price: £45 /You pay: £20)
  Family Package (Price: £55 /You pay: £30)
  Portraiture Package (Price: £45 /You pay: £20)

• The voucher must be redeemed by 30^th June 2018. Saturday availability only.
• The photoshoot will last up to an hour.
• The winner will receive all watermarked photographs via password protected web page and three 6×8” prints.
• Unwatermarked photographs can be purchased for print and personal use at £5 per photograph.
• Extra prints can be purchased at 50p per 4×6” print.
• The amount due must be paid 5 working days before the agreed photoshoot date.
• All photographs taken by Elly Rose Photography as part of the prize will be used on social media, on ellyrosephotography.com and on promotional material.
• Entries by family members will not be counted.
